This position will be onsite at our Irving, TX location.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Business Analysis:<ul><li>Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday HCM processes and functionalities.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications for Workday configurations and integrations.</li><li>Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes or enhancements.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Configuration and Maintenance:<ul><li>Configure and maintain the Workday HCM module to meet the evolving needs of the organization.</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users.</li><li>Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Process Improvement:<ul><li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Workday HCM landscape.</li><li>Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Provide thought leadership for Workday HCM solutions and best practices.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Product Roadmap and Feature Delivery: <ul><li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Workday HCM product roadmap.</li><li>Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.</li><li>Manage the product backlog and track progress against the roadmap.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Project Management:<ul><li>Contribute to HCM projects by providing technical expertise and support.</li><li>Lead project planning, implementation, and testing activities.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Stakeholder Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and outcomes.</li></ul></li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
