It encapsulates domain agnostic generic technology functions into Enterprise Shared Services to promote re-usability and consistency across communication journeys.&nbsp;&nbsp;Our platform primarily focuses on fulfillment and delivery of servicing related Customer Communications irrespective of communication channels like Email, Letters, Push Notification, SMS, WhatsApp, Secure Message Center, etc.How will you make an impact in this role?<ul><li>Perform technical aspects of software development for assigned applications including design, developing prototypes, and coding assignments.</li><li>Function as a smart developer on an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation).</li><li>Build robust software.</li><li>Responsible for deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.</li><li>Automate deployments in test or production environments.&nbsp;</li></ul>Leadership<ul><li>Takes accountability for the success of the team achieving their goals.</li><li>Influence team members by challenging status quo, demonstrating risk taking, and implementing innovative ideas.</li><li>Be a productivity multiplier for your team by analyzing your workflow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results.</li><li>Mentor and guide team members to success within the team.&nbsp;</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>Experience with design and coding in Java and across one or more platforms and additional languages as appropriate.</li><li>Experience and thorough understanding of XML, JSON, web services technologies, and data structure fundamentals, with experience in multi-threaded programming.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing</li><li>Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.</li><li>Confirmed experience with object-oriented design and coding with variety of languages.</li><li>Experience with Continuous integration/deployment (Git, GitHub actions, Jenkins, Maven, Mockito, JMeter).</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>UI experience using React, Node a plus.</li><li>Backend experience including NoSQL, and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL a plus.</li></ul>Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
