The Role The NPO Outreach Specialist is a member of the NPO Outreach team and is responsible for providing excellent service to our grant recommended nonprofit organizations. This position plays a meaningful role in helping our donors ensure their funds make an impact by supporting thousands of non-profit organizations to receive contributions quickly and securely. As a team member on our diverse and inclusive team, your main responsibilities will be researching and outreach to key charity contacts, validating non-profit information, and providing timely and accurate processing of enrollments into our Electronic Funds Transfer Program (EFT). Outreach may include cold-calling, emails, and support to targeted nonprofits. As a member of Fidelity Charitable’s Service Delivery team, the NPO Outreach Specialist will be part of a highly motivated, fast paced team, must have a strong understanding of service operations, and be able to manage priorities well. This role may be responsible for some tier 1 technical support for charities and tier 2 product level support for our plan administrators and donor population.
